After retiring as a U.S. Navy Senior Chief, Dr. Taylor served the corporate
world in senior and middle management capacities before starting her own
practice. Now she focuses on organization effectiveness, coaching and
developing business, government, and nonprofit leaders. With an easygoing
style and skillful use of humor, she provides confident and frank advice to
talented leaders to help them solve problems, make decisions, build
productive teams, and achieve personal and organizational goals.

Laura has helped organizations identify emerging leaders and develop
programs to prepare them for next level roles. She has coached star
performers to leverage strengths and manage potential derailers and to
transition into new roles and new careers. She has worked with managers
and executives, entrepreneurs, and teams in banking, construction,
software, landscaping, military, and nonprofit organizations.

As a child, Dr. Taylor wanted to be a hobo. She
befriended three hobos when she was six and
in one week, those social exiles taught her
that success is personal and leadership is
intentional.

Intentional exploration yields an authenticity
we rarely know about ourselves and the
journey is liberating.
