Intentional exploration increases awareness, changes perspective, builds confidence, and focuses action on relevant opportunities. Aimless wandering risks everything.

Very nice, Dr. Taylor. I'm a big fan of your approach to "being intentional with your career." As always, the information you share is both useful and reassuring.

Thanks,

Laura this is a wonderful conversation starter to such a critical conversation. As with other generations before them, the generations that will take the lead as well as those entering the workforce are slowly being molded by the varying and frightening events you described.

How will the increasingly unstable global environment play a role in how we lead moving forward? These events show a great migration to the individual (versus the country or the large corporation) holding the stronger position. Individuals from all around the world are seeing other individuals make such a huge difference, whether good or bad, in the world. Will this enlighten us to be intentional in our actions, the way we lead, how we achieve results? Will individuals watching other individuals change the global society create a stronger commitment to be intentional to hopefully decrease the risk to all from not being so?
